Green Valley Food Corp. is part of the Brassica Sprout Group* and
we follow the strict standards and requirements set forth by them,
as well as the FDA, which includes Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP).
We have FDA approval and we are certified by AIB, with EXCELLENCE,
as well as passing frequent military inspections. We currently are
inspected by AIB and TfiS, for SSE Manufacturing. We have a HACCP
program, in place, which we operate under. There is also a microbiological
testing program in place which includes 'hold and release' for all
our sprouts. Silliker Laboratory, which is AIB approved, does all
of our testing.
Since our facility is a Hydroponics Plant located in the city of
Dallas, Texas we use the municipal utilities. The water is tested
by the city for human consumption and a copy is kept on file.
Our facility is temperature controlled on a room-by-room basis.
The temperatures are computer monitored and recorded frequently
through out a 24 hour period.
