Vegetable Pizza with BroccoSprouts®
|
| 1 8-inch focaccia |
1 green bell pepper, seeded and halved |
| 1 red bell pepper, seeded and halved |
1 roasted tomato |
| 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and halved |
1/4 cup BroccoSprouts® |
|
Cut vegetables into 1/2-inch slices. Place a few slices of each
vegetable and 1/4-cup sprouts on top of each foaccia, and bake in
oven as directed on focaccia packaging.
Serves 2.
